A Message From Spirit ~ Love Your Body 12/04/2009
Today my Spirit Guides have reminded me of the importance of taking care of my physical body. When life gets too busy it's easy to skip that morning walk or grab a burger instead of a healthy meal. And most of us slip up every now and again. Lately I've been blissfully busy building my business ~ doing readings, regressions and private sessions for some of the most amazing and inspiring people! This work feeds my soul in so many positive ways, but I have to admit that the wacky schedule has caused me at times to neglect my body. So today I'm making a commitment to honor this beautiful vessel that allows me to move through this world and experience all of the magic any mystery of the human experience. And I invite you to join me to do the same for yourself. So here's the challenge, make a list of wonderful things you can do for your body and then choose at least 3 that you WILL do within the next week (Within One Week is what we call the WOW factor). Here' my list: ~Go for a walk ~Eat at least one really healthy meal a day ~Get a massage (oh yeah, this one is definitely on my WOW list!) ~Dance ~Lift weights ~Give yourself a pedicure (or better yet, go out for one) ~Use a really fabulous face mask (grab a girlfriend and a bottle of wine and make sure to take pictures for this one) ~Soak in a hot tub with some yummy bath salts ~Do yoga or stretching exercises ~Breathe deeply and let your body get soak in the oxygen ~Drink lots of H2O ~Get plenty of sleep Don't forget to make your own list, or borrow a few tips from mine. And remember, a busy schedule is no excuse for not caring for yourself with love.
